Utility leaders are looking to technology as a key to dealing with an aging workforce.
In an interview with Gary McAuliffe, V.P. of Global Utilities for Librestream, at POWERGEN International 2022, McAuliffe said they are looking to leverage technology to optimize things like work processes and procedures.
Specifically, Librestream uses digital worker technologies to connect field workers with the information and knowledge to be able to do their jobs more efficiently and safely.
