The Pacific Northwest Center of Excellence for Clean Energy/A Centralia College Partnership has been sited as an example within the National Governors Association policy paper which hails the coming of age of sector-based workforce strategies.
The paper, written by Lindsey Woolsey of the Woolsey Group, LLC, and Garrett Groves of the National Governors Association, highlights state strategies that use industry sectors as an organizing principle for workforce development.
