Gov. Jay Inslee announced his climate policy for the 2021-23 biennium for Washington state.
The 2021-23 climate investments include: $20M for grants to nonprofit lenders for clean energy loans, $15M for grid modernization projects, $15M for research and development for new clean energy tech, and $5M for dairy digester bioenergy projects.
