The Center of Energy Workforce Development (CEWD) announced its key priorities in 2022 to address the industry’s critical workforce challenges.
Among the goals for CEWD’s 2022 workplan are:
- strengthen awareness and promote the merits of 21st-century clean energy careers
- support the development of a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive energy workforce
- support companies developing employees in increasingly technical and dynamic energy careers
- support the industry’s workforce development professionals with the tools and resources they need to lead their company’s efforts
