Recurrent, a Seattle-based startup, launched in 2020 and established itself as a leader in used EV battery analytics- providing scores for battery health on consumer sites such as Edmonds.com and Cars.com. The platform provides information for both shoppers and car dealerships, currently providing scores on about one-third of used EV sales in the U.S. The company is gathering data from EV drivers across the U.S. to understand how batteries perform over time and includes 65 makes and models of EVs and plug-in hybrids.
