Are you a woman interested in a trade at the City of Tacoma?
Join TPU in a non-formal setting to:
- Hear from female leaders within the City of Tacoma
- Discuss a career within a trade
- Learn about career advancement
- Hear first-hand accounts of what it’s like to be a female journey-level employee
- Understand the hiring process, salaries and benefits
- Ask questions you might otherwise be hesitant to ask
This is a forum where you will have the opportunity to discuss a potential career path of Trades! The City of Tacoma has many amazing opportunities within Power, Water, Rail, Environmental Services, & Public Works! This will be a chance to discuss the recruitment process, get interview advice, and talk to women currently in these roles.
